A Borani must always contain yoghurt, onion and garlic. Our luxurious take on this traditional Persian dish includes wilted spinach, caramelised onions and feta in creamy yoghurt. Topped with toasted pine nuts and brown butter it is the perfect dip for both our Barbian Falafels and Jerusalem bagels.
