We smash the living daylights out of them with a rolling pin and then salt them to draw out the water first. Next, it gets coated in our 'Strange Flavour' sauce which has a combo of peanuts black vinegar, chilli oil, sesame and garlic. It wouldn’t be a CNS dish without some shizzle and our bang bang shizzle is a wicked combo of sesame, fried garlic, shallots & peanuts that tops the cucumbers to give it that famous final crunch.
